About me
Being a doula has brought much fulfillment into Jennifer's life. As a birth worker, she enjoys being able to be a source of comfort and guidance to families. She decided to become a doula after working closely for years with her own grandmother, who was a midwife. It gave her the confidence and strength to pursue birth work.
Jennifer constantly aspires to extend her childbirth education, as birth evidence changes and evolves often. Her role as a birth worker allows her to provide the support parents and babies need to ease the transition into parenthood.
In addition to being a Certified Doula, Jennifer is a HypnoDoula (hypnobirthing instructor) and Trauma-Informed Doula. She holds an Associate's Degree in Arts & Science: Psychology, an Adult and Pediatrics CPR/First Aid certification, and an Herbalist certification. She continues to extend her knowledge by attending workshops such as Spinning Babies and Pelvic Dynamics.
Jennifer adores her role as a mother of three amazing children. She enjoys leading nature walks and teaching herbalism, and finds great honor in attending births and providing postpartum care wholeheartedly.
